CDS partnered with me in replacing several commercial roofing systems including shingle, concrete roof
tile and flat roof systems. CDS proved to be an invaluable partner with us in the way they always met
our scheduled completion time on several roofs and brought projects in on budget. Bryan kept a very
strict planned production schedule and communicated consistently on the status of our projects.
Mr. Jeffords personal effort was a significant factor in our continued partnership on these and future
projects.

As area Vice President, I wanted to take a moment to express what a pleasure it has been to work with
Bryan Jeffords over the years. He has been involved in multiple projects with our company that has
included projects as small as a water fountain installation in a gym room to a fire loss over 1M. He has
been able to work with my staff, insurance adjusters and engineers to resolve our most complex
projects.
We continue to involve Bryan in our yearly Capital Improvement projects as well as request his expertise
in handling environmental and other sensitive projects that come our way.

I have had the pleasure of working with CDS on various sized projects and scope with great success. CDS
continues to work on various communities of mine which include areas of demolition, restoration,
environmental and roofing.
